Granite polishing powder can be used on granite and other hard dense materials to get the stone to pop to a full luster. You can use it on granite that has become dull to bring back the original brightness and luster. This granite polishing compound contains the best alloys available for polishing granite and other stone including most lapidary materials. Mix with water or fine oil to form a paste that will impart a high luster after you use it to buff the stone.\n\nThis is an abrasive compound, not a topical treatment like wax. The technique for polishing is relatively simply: Apply the powder to the surface of the granite and buff continuously until you achieve the desired sheen. This product may be used with power tools at low RPM - remember that speed increases friction which causes heat which will cause the slurry to dry out.
