After cleansing, thoroughly wet your nose. The strip will not adhere to dry skin. 2. Remove plastic liner from the strip and apply to nose area. 3. Press down to ensure good contact with skin. 4. Leave on for 10-20 minutes. The strip will begin to feel stiff when it is ready to be removed. 5. Carefully peel off with both hands starting from the edges, pulling towards the center.
