- Designed with high-quality clear sparkly rhinestones on a flexible gold metal band which forms a 3/4 circle and can be stretched larger or pushed together for a smaller size
- Includes attached plastic combs that can be removed. The comb measures 1.5" long x 1.25" wide (comb shown separately in photo)
